Since 2019, #MC4T has organized a donation drive for a local hospitality house in the host city of the #PureMichigan Governor’s Conference on Tourism. The tourism industry is a generous one, and conference attendees have donated thousands of items since the conference’s first donation drive. Help us make this another successful year! #RMHCWM

Today is National #PlanForVacationDay, and #MC4T has a vacation idea for our volunteers...Join us at the beautiful Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park this coming September 10-13 for our annual volunteer clean up event!

Our actual event days are Sept. 11-12, but we've built in a day before and after for those who want more time to explore the area...a GREAT opportunity to make this year's event into a mini (or full!) vacation! Learn more at MichiganCaresForTourism.org.

#ThrowbackThursday to back in October for our most

#ThrowbackThursday to back in October for our most recent partner event with @gvsuceci.

A little more than 50 faculty and staff members from CECI joined us, along with the @grparksandrec and @experiencegrandrapids, and spent the day sprucing up one of Grand Rapids' oldest cemeteries and West Michigan's first accredited arboretum. Oakhill Cemetery is one of the oldest cemeteries in Grand Rapids and is the final resting place of many important figures from the early history of Grand Rapids, as well as Civil War veterans and prominent business leaders. The cemetery is known for its rural park-like design with sprawling terrain that is beautifully landscaped.
